Prof. CHENG Pei-kai was installed as the 5th President of SCIEA on May 11, 2013

Prof. Cheng Pei-kai, City University of Hong Kong, was installed as President and Prof. Zhang Qing, Fudan university, installed as Vice-president  on May 11, 2013.
